If you do not like or are not satisfied with our products, we will unconditionally agree to your return request. We support a free return policy for 30 days for all orders.

30-day return policy:

The buyer must contact us within 30 days and return the goods.
Orders returned must be in an unused condition, as well as a complete package.
If any items are found to be unreturnable and/or missing parts or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items on the way back. Please return according to the return address we specified.

How to return:

1, Maintain the integrity of your order and take a photo of us. Note: You must contact us before returning.

2, After reviewing your return request, we will send you the specified return address based on your order.
Note: Since the products come from different warehouses, the return address for each product has been set. Please contact us before returning the product.

3, Please return the order according to our designated return address and notify us of the return tracking number and tracking link after the package has been sent.

4, We will check your tracking number and tracking link, and track the package information, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

5, If you want to exchange, we will reschedule your new project after receiving your return.

Note: The shipping cost of the return is borne by the buyer. So you need to pay for the return of the goods yourself. This fee depends on your local post office and we can't control it!

For goods that are damaged on arrival, please contact our after-sales service personnel in time, they will do their best to solve the problem for you.

If the product you purchased is incorrect, please contact us to get the correct return and replacement address and replace the new product as soon as possible.

If you have received the goods for more than 30 days, we will not be able to support the return service.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt of our warehouse. We will not be responsible for the expedited shipping charges in your original order. Product refunds may take up to 2 business days to reach your account, please be patient!
