Shipping and Return
When we receive payment for your order, it usually takes 1-2 working days for us to process your order. The processing process includes product selection, quality inspection, packaging and so on. If your order needs to be customized or out of stock, it will take longer.
We provide free shipping for all orders, so no matter what product you buy from us, no matter how much your order is, you will enjoy free shipping.
For most orders, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 working days. We will select the best delivery service provider based on the detailed address of the order.
Tracking, we support the following 3 tracking methods:
1. You can track the progress of the order and its delivery in the "My Account" area.
2. Usually, after the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. This email usually contains your order information and shipping information, order tracking number and tracking link address. Therefore, please provide the correct email address so that we can contact you at any time and send the order status update in time.

Returns and exchanges:
We have always put quality as our top priority. We guarantee that our products are not defective in manufacturing, and will accept any defective goods for refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied or dissatisfied with our products, we will unconditionally agree to your return request. We support a 30-day free return and exchange policy for all orders.
30-day return policy:
Buyers must contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods.
The returned order must be in an unused state and fully packaged.
If it is found that any items cannot be returned and/or missing parts or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items on the way back. Please return according to our designated return address.

2. You can contact us by email, and our customers will guide you how to return or exchange the goods. This method is also our recommended return and exchange method to ensure that you return or exchange the goods in a timely and accurate manner.
Most refunds for orders will be refunded via the original payment method within 2 working days after we receive the return. The refund may take 2 working days to arrive in your account, please be patient!
